End of first testing leg

End of first testing leg

(from CaringBridge 2018)

ll of the first-sequence of tests have now been completed. I was told the bone scan results will be take only a day or two, and I should expect my team will have them on Monday. I believe CT-scan results have a similar turn-around.
I had a difficult night last night, as I anticipated, as my body flushed out all the dyes I'd received Thursday. I had taken in plenty of liquids, per instructions, but that meant a trip to the boy's room about every 2 hours.
I am so THANKFUL for brother Jim and sister-in-law Linda who left today for their home in SoCal. They were here for a week, taking care of Dad while I navigated the blood tests and scans. We will schedule the next visit (from either them or nephew Ethan) when the next group of tests, or whatever, are assigned and scheduled.
I was also thankful for a quiet house and the opportunity to have an effective nap this afternoon.

Since I'm now in a waiting time, please visualize productivity and pray for serenity.
