A Wonderful Day Today

Checking in with a great day! 

During my 2nd walk today, the afternoon sun warmed my limbs while the cool breeze refreshes my face and breath. I had this wonderful sense of how HEALTHY I felt in that moment. I felt clean, inside and out, and I felt relaxed and confident in my healing progress.
